Jiang Xiuqin, female, lived in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Her husband was an employee at the Shengli Petroleum Field. Ms. Jiang used to suffer from numerous illnesses, and became very healthy after practicing Falun Gong. After the persecution of Falun Gong started in 1999, the police harassed her husband, who is also a Falun Gong practitioner, and tried to detain him.
