Li Yuling Detained in Beijing Anding Hospital
Print  E-mail

Victim:

Li Yuling, female, Beijing

Location of Detention and Torture:

Beijing Anding Hospital, Beijing

Perpetrators:

Police officers from Beijing Police Station, Beijing

A Brief Report of the Incident:

Because Ms. Li Yuling had lawfully appealed against the Chinese government's arbitrary persecution of Falun Gong practitioners many times, police officers from the Beijing Police Station went to her home to arrest her. Her husband was afraid that once she was detained in a detention center, she would not have any chance of release, so he reluctantly proposed that the police officers detain her in Beijing Anding Hospital as a mentally diseased patient. She has been detained there ever since then. Further details were unavailable.
